Terms and Conditions

  1. The latest check-in at the Horizon Ferry counter is 30 minutes before the scheduled departure. The ferry schedule is To be announced.
  2. If you bring any kind of food and drinks from outside, a surcharge will be applied.
  3. Participants below 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult and pay for their ticket.
  4. The maximum number of participants for each tour is 50 people, following a first-come, first-served system. (if any special group over 50 pax, please contact us.)
  5. Participants must adhere to the safety rules and regulations of Nirup Island during the visit.
  6. Purchased tickets cannot be canceled or rescheduled.
  7. Nirup Island is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage that occurs during the tour.
  8. In case of force majeure, the tour schedule will be rescheduled based on available slots.
  9. The ticket price includes the provided package. Any additional costs beyond the package are the responsibility of each participant.
  10. The use of drones is only allowed in public areas and requires signing a prior agreement letter.
